Editing and submission guidelines
Key dates
Papers must be submitted complete and anonymised. The scientific committee will review them and send a report to each author. Authors whose papers are accepted must submit the final copy and formalise their registration before 1 October (at least one of the authors) at the conference for inclusion in the TURITEC 2025 proceedings.
Contributions should not exceed 12 pages (including tables and figures) written on A4 paper, with 2.5 cm margins. The font should be Times New Roman, size 12 points with 1.5 line spacing. Papers should be submitted via the Easychair platform.
On this platform you should indicate your affiliation (telephone, organisation and e-mail), a 250-300 word abstract, a list of keywords and bibliography (following the citation and reference standards of the APA – American Psychological Association). Papers may be submitted in Spanish or English.
The papers must be submitted through the congress page on Easychair.

- Deadline for receipt of papers: until 13th June 2025.
- Authors notified of acceptance: 25th July 2025.
- Final version of articles: 5th September 2025.
- Conference: 6th and 7th November 2025.
Associated journals
Once the papers have been reviewed and accepted, the TURITEC scientific committee will make a selection of articles that will be proposed for review and publication to the collaborating journals in accordance with the criteria and requirements established by them.

This edition will offer enterprises participants the opportunity to openly exchange their technology-based solutions (for companies or tourist destinations).
The presentations will be published on the conference website and on our Twitter and Facebook channels.
Guide to presenting technology solutions
Please send a 10-minute presentation of your solution to turitec@uma.es using the following template: TURITEC
- Title of the presentation
- Objectives of the technological solutions
- Background to the idea of research/business development
- Methodology (if applicable)
- Results (if applicable)
- Deadline for receipt of presentations: until 13 June 2025.
- Notification of acceptance: until 25 July 2025.
